Ushbu shartlar QarzFlow (qarzflow.uz, Telegram bot va Mini App) xizmatidan foydalanish qoidalarini belgilaydi. Xizmatdan foydalanish orqali siz ushbu shartlarga rozilik bildirasiz.

1. Shartlarni qabul qilish

QarzFlow'dan foydalanishni boshlash bilan siz ushbu shartlarni va Maxfiylik siyosatini o'qib chiqqan va qabul qilgan hisoblanasiz. Rozi bo'lmasangiz, xizmatdan foydalanmang.

2. Xizmat tavsifi

QarzFlow — Telegram guruh a'zolari uchun qarz va xarajat hisob-kitobi vositasi. U Telegram bot, web dashboard va Mini App orqali xarajatlarni yozish, qarzlarni kuzatish va umumiy hisobni a'zolar o'rtasida bo'lish imkonini beradi.

3. Bepul foydalanish

Xizmatdan foydalanish hozircha bepul. Biz kelajakda yangi funksiyalar yoki pulli imkoniyatlarni qo'shish huquqini saqlab qolamiz; bunday o'zgarishlar oldindan e'lon qilinadi.

4. Foydalanuvchi javobgarligi

• To'g'ri va haqqoniy ma'lumot kiritish.
• Xizmatdan faqat qonuniy maqsadlarda foydalanish.
• Boshqa foydalanuvchilar va guruh a'zolarining huquqlarini hurmat qilish.

5. Ma'lumotlar aniqligi

QarzFlow — yordamchi hisob-kitob vositasi. Undagi summalar va qarzlar siz va guruh a'zolari kiritgan ma'lumotlarga asoslanadi. QarzFlow rasmiy moliyaviy, buxgalteriya yoki yuridik hujjat hisoblanmaydi va a'zolar o'rtasidagi haqiqiy kelishuvlarning o'rnini bosmaydi.

6. Kafolat yo'qligi

Xizmat "boriga ko'ra" (as is) taqdim etiladi. Biz uzluksiz ishlash, xatosizlik yoki ma'lum maqsadga mosligini kafolatlamaymiz.

7. Javobgarlik cheklovi

Qonun ruxsat bergan darajada, QarzFlow xizmatdan foydalanish natijasida yuzaga kelgan bevosita yoki bilvosita zararlar uchun javobgar emas, jumladan a'zolar o'rtasidagi nizolar yoki noto'g'ri kiritilgan ma'lumotlar uchun.

8. Xizmatni o'zgartirish yoki to'xtatish

2. Service description

QarzFlow is an expense and debt tracking tool for Telegram group members. Through a Telegram bot, web dashboard and Mini App it lets you log expenses, track debts and split shared bills among members.

3. Free use

The service is free to use for now. We reserve the right to add new features or paid options in the future; such changes will be announced in advance.

4. User responsibilities

• Enter accurate and truthful information.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Respect the rights of other users and group members.
• Keep your own Telegram account secure.

5. Accuracy of data

QarzFlow is an assistive calculation tool. The amounts and debts in it are based on data entered by you and your group members. QarzFlow is not an official financial, accounting or legal document and does not replace the real agreements between members.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QarzFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service, including disputes between members or incorrectly entered data.

8. Changes or discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service or its features at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be posted on this page.
